Our founder had a vision to provide an affordable and high-quality funeral service for all people who come to us. It was a vision that would eliminate the financial burden always associated with funeral arrangements. In 1999, Valley Funeral Service was founded based upon our commitment to serve the Roanoke Valley and all surrounding areas with the highest quality services at the lowest available prices.


   We do not believe that the dignity people deserve in their need for final arrangements can be compromised. We do believe that everyone should be able to afford final arrangements that reflect their personality in life. It is our mission and our motto because at Valley Funeral Home we are "making the necessary affordable."
