William David Stuart, born May 8, 1947, passed away November 23, 2021. He is survived by Rosa Stuart (wife), Sandra Johnson (daughter), and Carl Osborne (son). He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Martha Stuart, Vera Stuart Ranger (daughter), three brothers Hawthorne Stuart, Henry Price, and Wilfred Stuart; two sisters Pearl and Wanda Stuart; and long-term friend Constance Walker. He is survived by sisters Virginia King, Cornelia Couch, Helen Moore, Barbara Stuart, Martha Saunders, and one brother Matthew Stuart; two grandsons Brenton Huggins and Michael Stuart; two granddaughters Kaliona and Kevera Huggins, great-grandson Kyre Huggins and a host of nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on December 4, 2021, from 2 pm-4 pm at Valley Funeral Home in Roanoke, Virginia. A repass will be held following the viewing at 3758 Green Spring Ave NW Roanoke, Virginia 24017. Burial will take place at the Stuart Family Cemetery at a later date.
