William Irving Finley "Bill" went to be with the Lord on January 13, 2022, at the age of 70.

Bill was born to Warren and Lorene Finley on December 22, 1951, in Houston, Texas. The family moved to Tucson, Arizona, where he spent his growing up years. He was a very talented musician who was self-taught on the organ and piano. By the age of 20, he was playing for churches in many different areas of the country and continued to do so all his life. Bill had a great personality and loved being around people. He could make anyone laugh.

Bill is preceded in death by his father, Warren; his mother, Lorene; and his daughter, Michelle.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Betty; his children, David, Laurie, Stephen, Tiffany, and Tara; his sisters, Doris and Susan (Chip); his brother, John (Brandi); and his nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
