William Douglas "Doug" Drumwright, age 63, of Roanoke, Virginia, entered eternal rest on May 5, 2023. He was born on November 1, 1959, in Lynchburg, Virginia, to the late William B. Drumwright and Barbara Fitzgerald Drumwright.

In addition to his parents, Doug was preceded in death by his siblings, Cathy G. Obenchain and James Drumwright.

Doug leaves to cherish precious memories, his sisters, Sherrill D. Vaught and Rebecca D. Peters; best friends, James Eggers and William Thomas; ten nieces and nephews; several great and great-great, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced when finalized.
