Willard Richard Ludlow, Jr., affectionately known as  Richard or "Papa Diddy Pop," age 78, of Roanoke, Va, departed this life on December 27, 2022. He was born on April 30, 1944, in Montogomery, Al, to the late Willard Richard Ludlow, Sr., and Mildred Pierce Ludlow.

Richard received a Ph.D. in Psychology. He was an avid collector of fine arts and antiques.

Those left to cherish his memory are his only child, Kyra Ludlow (Ryan Tickle, Sr.); his only grandchild, Ryan Tickle, Jr.; and his ex-wife, Audrey Ludlow.

Richard will be greatly missed but his legacy lives on!
