Vickie Elizabeth Whitlow, 64, of Roanoke, Virginia, entered her heavenly home on Monday, November 10, 2025. She was born on January 13, 1961, in Roanoke, Virginia.

Vickie was a proud graduate of Salem High School, Class of 1979, and later worked as a phlebotomist. She was a phenomenal cook who loved feeding others, and she was commonly found helping people in any way she could. She was a caring, nurturing presence who helped raise many people in her family. Her kindness and generosity were felt by all who knew her. Vickie adored her dog, Reese, and her many beloved cats.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Victoria and Elbert Clark; sister, Brenda Francisco; and brothers, Danny, Donnie, Barry, and Steve.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Sara Dodd (Jonathan); her son, Christian Whitlow (Cierra); her grandson, Chase; her granddaughters, Madison, Ryleigh, and Claire; her boyfriend, Duane Gray; and her brother, Tommy Clark.
