Travis Whately, our supportive & loving father, fun-loving "PopPop", and loyal friend passed away on Oct. 5th at age 81.  Travis worked at GE for 35 years, and in his retirement enjoyed traveling to the beach and sharing laughs with friends and family. He always had an open door, a fabulous sense of humor, and a kind heart that could lift anyone's spirits.  He is preceded in death by his mother Ima Whately, father Charles Whately Jr, and brother Richard Whately.  He is survived by his son Mitchell Whately, daughter-in-law Julie Linkous, daughter Angela Rauer, granddaughter Nora Rauer, brothers Charles Whately III and sister-in-law Susan Whately, brother James Whately and sister-in-law Fran Whately, nieces Samantha Whately & Maddie Whately, nephew Harrison Whately, special friend Belinda Brooks and her mother Mary Argabright.
