Todd Leslie White was born October 17, 1968 in Bay Town, Texas. He grew up the middle child of 3, a typical 70's & 80's kid. After graduating from Lewisville High School in Lewisville, Texas, Todd went on to serve the country in the United States Navy. After completing his service, Todd married and moved to his second home, Virginia, and built a life surrounded by loving friends who became family.
He is predeceased by his father, Gene White, and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Todd is survived by his beloved daughter, Julia White; his mother, Macky Sue Roebuck; his aunt, Janet Van Zile; his brother, Shane White and his wife Sara; his sister, Kelly Tomlinson and her husband Michael; as well as three nephews: Devin, Dillon, and Jadin; two nieces: Abby and Maddie; and a great-niece, Sage. He is also survived by countless adoring friends and co-workers; including his best friend, Chris Childs, his wife Susan, and their children to whom he was an honorary Uncle.
Bacon was Todd's favorite food. He loved to joke around and be silly; he loved to make people laugh. He was easy to be around and naturally brought joy to others. Although he left his worldly body on February 23, 2021, he left his organs through donations which saved the lives of others. He will be missed by all those he loved and he will live on in our hearts for the rest of time.
Todd's remains will be scattered over a body of water in Texas at a later time, and memorial services will be planned in the future. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Todd's name to Friendship Assisted Living: 327 Hershberger Rd, NW, Roanoke VA 24012.
