Tammy Lee Wilkinson Farris came into the world on May 29, 1960, in Clovis, New Mexico, and left it on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at the age of 65. She was the youngest of 3 children.

Tammy loved planting flowers and had many cats over the years. She also loved her two dogs, Jack and Rollie. She loved her son, Jake, deeply and held her family close to her heart. Tammy worked at Krispy Kreme on Williamson Road and Melrose Avenue.

Tammy and her older sister, Cheryl, were partners in crime and shared a special bond as they went through life together. She loved her family with all her heart and was like a second mother to her nieces, Brandie and Brett, and her great-nephew, Landon. She will be dearly missed by her family, but especially by her big sister, Cheryl, who was also like a second mother to Tammy and her son, Jake.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Eugene Wilkinson; her mother, Geneva Mae Hollaway Wilkinson; her husband, Jeffrey Wayne Farris; her special uncle, Mariel Lee Wilkinson; her uncles, Leon Hollaway and Bud Wilkinson; and her aunt, Joyce Muncy.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Jacob “Jake” Aaron Farris; her sister, Cheryl Gross; her brother, Mickey Joe Wilkinson; her nieces, Brandie Wertz and Brett Gerald; and her great-nephews and niece, Jared Gross, Ivy Floyd, and Landon Gerald.

Tammy will be remembered for her love of family, her caring heart and the special bond she shared with those closest to her.
