Sue Carter, aged 71, of Salem, Virginia passed away peacefully on April 6, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Louis and Mattie Sue Carter.

She is survived by her loving son, James Carter (Ashley Dawn Sweeney); grandchildren, James Austin Carter and Meadow Jane Bastio; and special friend, Kelly Yohe. She will be missed by those who loved her.

Graveside Service will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem, Virginia.
