Shirley Elaine Asbury, age 68, departed this life on December 16, 2022. She was born on February 25, 1954, to the late Roy J Bailey Sr. and Nancy Louise McCullough.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Pauline V. Bailey, Richard D. St. Clair, Jr., and Frederick A. St Clair (Mario Dominguez) and her lifelong companion, John W. Asbury; and her only grandchild, Ashlyn S. Bailey as well as her siblings, Jeanie Bailey, Brenda Troitino, Pat Letchford, and Sue Rubeiz; her half-siblings, Billy N. St. Clair, Kathy Walters, and Tommy E. Cook.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy J. Bailey Sr., and mother, Nancy Louise McCullough; and her brother Roy J. Bailey, Jr., and her half-sibling; Jimmy Dean St. Clair. She will be forever missed.

A private gathering will be held at a later date and will be announced when finalized.
