Roger Lynn Francisco, affectionately known as "Cotton," passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the age of 68. Born on November 12, 1956, Cotton was a man of deep faith and devotion to his family.

Cotton found joy in life's simple pleasures, including hunting, listening to bluegrass music, square dancing, and taking scenic country rides. Above all, he loved God and his family.

Cotton was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Francisco, Sr., and Ada Greenway Francisco, as well as his two sisters, Judy King and Louise Elizabeth Francisco.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Tracy Sirry Francisco; his brothers, Donald Francisco and Clarence Francisco, Jr.; his daughters, Jessica Thomas (Leon) and Melissa Francisco Scoot; his sons, Tylor Francisco and Joshua Francisco (Jessica); 10 grandchildren; his aunts, Helen Nichols, Shirley Sheard and Dorothy Greenway; his brother-in-law, Jesse Sirry; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home and on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. A service to celebrate Roger's life will take place on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 12 p.m., also at Valley Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Smith Family Cemetery.
