Rhonda Stover, daughter of Homer and Floretta Underwood Gordon, was born on June 23, 1958, in Waynesboro, Virginia. She passed away on July 19, 2025, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Gary Blaine Stover.

Rhonda is survived by her three sons: Christopher Adams of Roanoke, Jerod Stover of Christiansburg, and Austin Stover of Salem; one granddaughter, Kyaira Adams; and two sisters, Ramona Gordon of Waynesboro and Sharon Underwood of Roanoke.

In accordance with her wishes, Rhonda will be cremated, and no memorial service will be held.

She met her final days with quiet strength. Her life is remembered with honesty, and her memory will live on in those who knew her.
