Ray Leslie Markham, born April 23, 1962, in Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on October 22, 2023.

Ray retired from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, dedicating years of service. His passion for refinishing furniture and upholstery resulted in several cherished pieces in his home.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas F. and Ida V. Pascoe, and his sister, Jean Marie Makela.

Ray is survived by his mother, Jean Davis; sisters Patricia "Trish" Markham and Diana Callahan; brother Michael Biggs and sister-in-law Gail; children Kevin Ray Markham and Kimberly Markham; his best friend Ron; and beloved cat, Damion.

A memorial will be held at a later date.
