Ralph Roy Arnold III

Ralph Roy Arnold III was born on December 24th, 1948, the only child of Ralph Ray Arnold Jr. and Thelma Arnold. Born and raised in Harvey, IL graduating from Thorton High School in 1966. Ralph known as "Corky" to his friends and family worked at Panduit Corporation as an owner-operator for 35+ years, retiring in 2009. Corky married Linda Kick in 1977. Soon after oldest daughter Faith was born, followed by son Ralph Christian, and baby girl Hope. Ralph had an adventurous spirit and could be found power-paragliding in Kankakee on his days off. Once he retired from Panduit he would snowbird winters in Florida. Enjoying fishing at the beach and gardening in his summers back home in IL. When asked how he was doing he would always respond "Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise". He loved sharing his love of Jesus with others. He and Linda moved to Virginia in 2021 to be close to grandkids. Corky enjoyed supporting his grandchildren in their pursuits, spending time with his neighbors & chickens, and playing poker & Farkle with family & friends.

Ralph was called to the Lord on May 21st, 2026, beginning his eternal journey in the presence of his Savior and leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda and parents Ralph Ray & Thelma.

Ralph is survived by children: Faith (Jeff) Block, Ralph Christian (Maria) Arnold, Hope (Randy) Green; grandchildren: John, Elijah, Zoey, Logan, Zahara, Zira, Ashanti, Hananiah, and Azaria; and a host of other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
