Paul Ellsworth Eavey, age 81, of Indian Valley, VA passed away on April 7 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul W. and Cora May Creager Eavey; his wife, Ruby Lucille Eavey; and now eight of nine siblings are reunited in Heaven.

He is survived by his loving children, Dale Eavey (Courtney), Beverly C. Eavey, and Doug W. Eavey (Lisa); his grandchildren, Cindy Turner, Harrison and Dara Eavey, Teara Jackson and Nakia Smith; great-grandchildren, Devonte Jackson, Reed Jackson, Stephen Jackson Junior, Aryana Jackson, Donald Bonds III, Shawna Bonds, and Jaxon Turner; his beloved dog, Lincoln, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Paul was a lifelong dairy farmer and retired after over 60 years in farming. He loved hunting and fishing, and just being outside. He traveled all over the USA except Hawaii. He was a stubborn old fart with a wide mischievous streak. He loved to try to "get a rise" out of somebody, especially if the somebody was one of his daughter-in-laws. He was very kind. He was a loving family man and felt very blessed by his grandkids and great-grandchildren. He loved animals. He will be missed by all those who loved him, his people and pet.
