On January 11, 2021 Myrna Gaye Tusso went on her journey home to be with our Lord surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton Edward Fielder and Mary Helen Hammer Fielder.

She is survived by her children, Gary W. Johnson and wife, Traci, Misty M. Thomas, Cody M. Dooley, Amanda Otey, and Destney Taylor; grandchildren, Mya L. Johnson, Devin L. Johnson, Emma G. Dooley, and D.J. Thomas; great-grandchild, Bradlee Taylor Johnson; brother, Greg Fielder; her boyfriend, Daniel Behrind; and special friends, Jamie and Pete Greenway and Tim Dooley.

Myrna was a traveling nurse who worked all along the east coast and in West Virginia. Her favorite place was Martha's Vineyard. She loved gardening and being outdoors. She was ornery, but most loving, caring and one who made meaningful impacts on the lives of others. She was ever the devoted grandmother and friend. Foremost, she loved her family above all else and she will be missed by all those who loved her.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Valley Funeral Home from 6-8pm with a graveside service Saturday, January 16, 2021. at Mountain View Cemetery (Vinton) at 2 p.m.
