Michael Wayne Flowers, known to many as "Mike," passed away on February 6, 2025, in Moneta, VA, at the age of 66. Mike was born on September 25, 1958, in Vinton, VA.

Mike enjoyed walking horses, working on and restoring cars and had a hobby of farming. He had a natural talent for working with his hands, spending over 30 years as a skilled drywall finisher. Whether he was playing pool or simply mowing the grass, he found joy in the simple things.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Uldine Virginia Flowers, and Lonzie Presley Flowers, as well as his son, Corey Flowers.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kelly Tolbert (Montie Jefferson); his son, Shaun Flowers (Kelsey Gibson); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Sage, Brooklyn, and Corey; his brother, Lewis Flowers; and his sisters, Kathleen Crawford and Leona Lawhorn.

A funeral service will be held at a later date to honor and celebrate Mike's life.
