Lisa Ann Powell, 61, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. She was born on October 22, 1964, in Roanoke, Virginia.

Lisa enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. She loved music and spending time searching for treasures at flea markets and yard sales. Her warm spirit and the joy she found in everyday moments will be remembered by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Maxie; her sister, Carla Mendelson; and her brother, Jeff Maxie.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Janet Slough; her sisters, Janet Winters and Sylvia Tyler; her daughters, Jessie Bray and Samantha Bray; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
