Linda Carol Sue Via passed away on February 13, 2026, in Roanoke, Virginia. She was born on March 24, 1956, in Roanoke, Virginia.

Linda was a humble and quiet person, a woman of few words who found comfort and peace in the simple joys of life. She loved staying at home working on puzzles and watching wrestling on television. Her gentle spirit and calm presence will be remembered by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Wingo, and her husband, Ronnie Via.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Peggy Wooten (Jim); her sisters, Kathy Stuart and Joann Tyree (Randy); her brother, Clarence Wingo; her son, John Wingo (Melanie); her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her niece, Melissa Stuart and Morgan Wingo; and her nephew, Travis Tyree.

Linda will be remembered for her quiet strength and the love she shared with her family.
