Kirt Wayne Snider, 58, passed away on March 29, 2025. Kirt was a respected auto body technician known throughout the area for his craftsmanship, dedication, and honesty.

Kirt adored his children and grandsons beyond measure. His love for his family was unwavering, and he was happiest when surrounded by those he loved most. Whether he was tinkering in the garage or finding a way to "fix it," Kirt had a gift for working with his hands and always finding solutions.

He was a man of simple joys — a cold drink in hand, a good race on TV, and the satisfaction of a job well done. "He may have been old," he'd joke, "but he got to see Earnhardt race on the track."

Kirt was preceded in death by his father, James Franklin Snider; his mother, Betty Catron Snider; several aunts and uncles; and his beloved dog, Bonzo.

Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 32 years, Lavonda Snider; his daughter, Jessica Huff (Kevin); his son, James Snider; his three cherished grandchildren, Carson, Remington, and Waylon Huff; his loyal granddog, Goose; and his lifelong best friend, Gordon Dix.
