Karen Rena Clark Newcomb, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Lewis Clark and Joyce Ann Noble Clark; brothers, Allen Lewis Clark and Scott Ryan Clark; and infant sister, Becky Clark.

Karen leaves to cherish her memory her husband of forty-four years, Michael P. Newcomb; sister-in-law, Carol Clark; nieces, Joy L. Clark, Leslie Fitzgerald (Brian); grand nephew, Kolton Fitzgerald; grand nieces, Jerica Hairston, Jenna Pohlman, Kerrigan Fitzgerald, Jordan Pohlman, and Korri Fitzgerald; and lifelong friend and sister-in-law, Jan Newcomb; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Blue Ridge Cancer Center and Good Samaritan Hospice.

Per Karen's request, there will be no services held. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Pancreatic Cancer Research or Good Samaritan Hospice.
