Joyce Ann Dulaney, of Roanoke, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023, at the age 74.

Joyce is preceded in death by her father, William Page; her mother, Evelyn Ruth Page; her daughter, Laura Lynn Dulaney Whorley; and her brothers, William (Billy) Goad, and Gerald (Jerry) Page.

Joyce was born in Roanoke on June 27, 1948. She was a nurse for many years, working at Catawba Hospital and Friendship Manor. She loved to bowl and was in a bowling league for many years in her younger days.

Those left to cherish Joyce's memory are her son, Gerald Wayne Dulaney (Sandy); her grandchildren, Marlyne and Roger Hamilton, Anthoney Whorley, and Misty Whorley; her sister, Virginia Sink; and her brothers, James Page (Loretta), and Ronnie Page (Paula).

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at the Valley Funeral Home Chapel, with the family accepting friends beginning at 5:30 p.m.
