Jonathan "Jon" Wayne Baker, 33, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on November 13, 2024, in Roanoke. Born on October 17, 1991, Jon was a kind-hearted and caring soul who touched the lives of many.

He attended Hidden Valley High School and built cherished memories with family and friends in the Roanoke Valley.

Jon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Willis and Shirley Rowsey, and his paternal grandparents, Frank Baker and Nancy Glotfelty.

He is survived by his mother, Lynne Baker; his father, Ronnie Baker (Lisa); his brother, Travis Baker; his fiance, Jenny Hale; and his precious daughter, Lilly, who was the light of his life.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to the physicians and staff at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital's 7th Floor South CCU and to LifeNet for their compassionate care and support.

Jon will be remembered for his warmth, his love for his family, and his enduring spirit. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
