John David Spradlin, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 76.

John was a former employee of Powers Fence Co., and Vair Brothers Heating and Cooling.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Fannie Lucille Gray; father, Cecil Edward Spradlin; brother, Richard "Pete" Spradlin; sister, Rosalee Schaffer, Mary Ann Clark, and Shirley; adopted parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nichols of Bedford; and his stepsister, Dorthy Calvertt.

Those left to cherish John's memory are his ex-wife, 4 children, 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
