JoAnne Penick Clinebell peacefully passed away Sunday, February 27th, 2022 at the age of 77. JoAnne was born on June 13, 1944. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was an amazing cook and had a green thumb. She enjoyed watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune every night until her passing, even answering most of the questions still. She was always available to help those in need. JoAnne was well-loved and will be missed by all. A private celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 6.
