James Richard Ollie , II , 52, affectionately known by his family and friends as " Jay, " passed away on November 5, 2025, at his residence. He was born on December 8, 1972, to Delois Coles and James Richard Ollie, who survives.

Jay was preceded in death by his brother, Derek Lamont Ollie.

Jay was known for his unique laughter and tenacious personality. His laugh was definitely contagious. He will be deeply missed and cherished forever.

In addition to his mother and father, Jay is survived by his daughter, Aisha; sons, Caleb and Gabe Denton; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A private family viewing was held on November 12, 2025, at Valley Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
