James Harold Brown, 80, passed away on June 10, 2022.  He was born in Yadkin, NC.  He was disabled but loved to tinker with old cars, fish, and just be outside. Before he was disabled he was a welder and drove a bus for Valley Metro for 15 years.

He was predeceased by the love of his life, Margaret Chittum Brown; his parents, Thomas Cranmer Brown and Arnie Wall Brown; two brothers, Thomas and Bobby Brown; and three sisters, Barbara Worley, Gardenia Chittum, and Ruth Brown. James is survived by one son, Jimmy J. Brown (Dawn); and two daughters Trina (Mike) Alachnowicz and Marcia (Levi) Lam; one grandson Michael Alachnowicz; three step-granddaughters, Elizabeth Lam (Cody), Vilina Perdue, Danielle Handy, and several step-great-grandchildren, Ember, Leila, Brayden, and Marissa.

There will be a graveside service at Mt. View Cemetery on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 10:30 am.
