Henry Frank Norris, affectionately known as Hank, was born on January 28, 1930, in Whiteford, MD, and peacefully departed this life on April 26, 2024, in Buchanan, VA.

Hank was a man of many hats, serving his country as a Navy Veteran, becoming a master electrician, and contributing to the Masons and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was also a devout member of Andrew Chapel United Methodist Church.

Hank will always be remembered as a beloved husband, father, and pepaw to his family. His warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mary Norris; his cherished wife, Hazel M. Deaver Norris; his son, Michael C. Norris; and his grandson, Jason Michael Burgess.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Henry Alan Norris, Mary Paula Burgess, and L. Queen; his grandchildren, Kevin M. Burgess, Rhett Norris, Christopher Queen, and Riann Queen; his great-grandchildren, Cierra M. Burgess, Deacon H. Burgess, Carsyn A. Burgess, Sutton G. Burgess, Parker Burgess, Jamey Cawley, and Jackson Dade Queen; his great-great-granddaughter, Harley Rae Slate; his sons-in-law, Donald W. Burgess and Bobby R. Queen; his granddaughters by marriage, Melissa K. Burgess and Angela M. Burgess; his granddaughter in heart, Emily; and his sister-in-Jesus, Lucille Kelly.
