In his spare time, Hank enjoyed building bird houses, playing with model trains, and watching and feeding his hummingbirds, hobbies that reflected both his creativity and patience.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman Roscoe and Mamie Bell Poff; his brother, Ersel Poff; and his sister, Freda Grubb.
Those left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife, Ruby "Trudy" Poff; his sons, Douglas Poff and family, and Johnny Mason and family; his daughter, Karen Bohn and family; four grandsons; four granddaughters; his brother, Vestal Poff and family; and his nieces, Galena Grubb and Camellia Ancheril and her family.
