Gregory (Greg) Eugene Hawkins , age 42, of Roanoke, Virginia, departed this life on October 30, 2022. He was born on July 16, 1980, to the late Eugene Earlie Hawkins and Mary Kathryn Weaver, who survives.

Greg excepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was saved in his early twenties. He enjoyed listening to music and was often called, "The Music Man." Greg attended Western Community College where took a particular interest in plumbing and later became a trade plumber.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Kathryn Weaver; one daughter, RayLeigh Hawkins; three brothers, Robert Smith, Casey Hawkins, and Wilson Weaver; one sister, Stephanie Smith and a host of other relatives and friends.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
