George "Eddie" Edward Underwood III, 58, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021.

Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, George Edward Underwood II and Doris Jean Hambrick Underwood, and his brother, Brian Underwood.

Eddie was a great musician and frequently played the guitar. Eddie worked for G.J. Hopkins Sheetmetal for 15 years, as a sheet metal former. Eddie loved his family and friends and wouldn't turn down a good spirit every now and then.

Those left to cherish Eddie's memory are his sister, Pamela Huffman (David); his brother, Jeffery Underwood; and his niece, Amanda Underwood.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at his sister, Pamela's house in Roanoke on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please bring food or anything you find necessary to help the family through this tough time.
