Frank Allen Howard, of Salem, Virginia, passed peacefully joining his Lord in Heaven with his family by his side on Monday, January 17, 2022.

Frank is predeceased by his parents, Rabe Heryitage Howard and Mable Anna Butt Howard; his siblings, John Howard, MaryAlice McDaniel, and Nell Brown, and his brother-in-law, L. Wood Lawrence.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 61 years, Joyce Howard, his son, Raby Allen Howard (Staci); his granddaughter; Allison Howard, his sister, Helen Lawrence; special friend, Frank Parris; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Since the ongoing pandemic, a memorial service honoring the Life of Mr. Howard will be held at a later date.
