Elizabeth Ann "Mickey" Blazer Long, 83, died on Friday, July 1, 2023, at the home of her daughter in Willis, VA. Mickey was born November 19, 1940, in Roxabell, Ross County, Ohio to the late Fay W. & Wilma Marie "Tiss" Kandis Blazer.

On September 7, 1956, she married the love of her life, Carl Eugene "Gene" Long who, after 51 years of marriage, passed away on January 18, 2007.

Mickey is survived by one son, Michael (Esther) Long of San Marcos, California, a daughter, Lorna Sue (Joe) Bihary of Willis, Virginia, a sister, Teresa Kay Griffin of Fort Wayne, Indiana, a sister-in-law Joan Carolyn "Joanie" Blazer of Oceanside, California, grandchildren; Martin Long, Michelle Long Walls, Nicole Kleman, Charles Kleman, Chance Bihary and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her grandparents and parents, Mickey was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Jean Long Streets, a brother, William W. "Bill" Blazer, a brother David Thomas "Tom" Blazer, a granddaughter, Mary Kleman, a special cousin, Dolores Ann "Dee" Howell Patterson, and several other Blazer and Kandis cousins, aunts and uncles.

Mickey loved her family, cooking for family gatherings, garage sale shopping, holding garage sales, traveling in the family's motorhome, and spending time at their home in New Haven, Indiana, and in San Marcos, California. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

No services will be held and in keeping with Mickey's wishes, she will be cremated and her ashes, along with her husband Gene's ashes, will be interred at the Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, Ohio at the gravesite of her parents.
