Edward Kenneth Ryle, affectionately known as Kenny, passed away on January 27, 2026, in Roanoke, Virginia. He was born on November 25, 1953, in Tampa, Florida.

Kenny was a man who truly enjoyed life's simple pleasures. He loved hunting and fishing and was happiest when he was outdoors or gathered with others sharing stories. Known for his quick wit and warm sense of humor, Kenny had a special gift for making people laugh and feel at ease. His stories, laughter, and genuine spirit will be remembered by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Ryle; his mother, Jimmy Samantha Ryle; and his brother-in-law, Roy Riveiro.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughters, Tonya Michelle Popchak and Lawanda Lynn Simmons; his grandsons, Vincent Bailey, Moses Garey, Triston Bailey, and Aharon Popchak; his sister, Paula Riveiro; his brother, Randall Ryle; and his best friends, Brian Rizzo and Beryl Whitfield II.
