Donald Lee Saunders

Donald Lee Saunders, 70, of Salem, Virginia, passed away on October 13, 2026. Born on October 3, 1956, in Floyd County, he was the son of the late Eva Marie Saunders and Warren Saunders.

Donald was a dedicated and hardworking man, spending over twenty‑five years as a loyal employee of Double Envelope. He took pride in his work and was known for his reliability, quiet strength, and steady presence.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his siblings, Arnold Saunders, Kenneth Saunders, and Joann Cox.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sisters, Frances Matz and Beatrice McNeal, and his brother, Cecil Saunders. His family remembers him with love and gratitude for the life he lived and the kindness he shared.
