Diana Scott Hynes, of Rocky Mount, Virginia, passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 62.

Some of her favorite pastimes include bird watching with her husband and the travels they made with their dog.

Diana is preceded in death by her husband, Walter P. Hynes, Jr.; her father, Kermit Scott; and her mother and father-in-law, Mildred Hynes and Walter P. Hynes, Sr.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Joshua Hynes and Walter P. Hynes III (Tammy Hynes); her mother, Margaret Scott; her grandchildren, Christian and Damian; her sisters, Patty Altice and Teresa Harrison (Dale Harrison); and her brother, Wayne Scott (Freda).

A celebration of life for Diana will be announced at a later date.
