David "Billy" William Miller, of Fayetteville, West Virginia, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022, at the age of 48. Billy was born to the late Joyce and Rudolph Miller on January 3, 1974, in Boone County, West Virginia.

Those also preceding Billy in death are his brother, James Miller, and his sister, Pricey Miller.

Billy was a very kind, loving family man. Every minute he was with his family, he was happy.

Those left to cherish Billy's memory are his wife, Melissa Miller; his sons, Levi, Memphis, and Jacob Miller; his daughters, Meleea Lanaham, Samantha Sims (Frankie), Melissa (Ashley) Riffle; grandchildren, Kaylee Sims, Austin Scheuvront, Jaylyn, Leena, and Layah Riffle; his sister, Trish Gilkerson (Bo), Nola Miller, and Betty Miller; mother-in-law, Debra Johnson; and nieces, Chasity and Brandy Fisher.

A memorial service will be held for Billy's family at a later date.
