Dale Michael "Mike" Lloyd , fell asleep in the Lord two days shy of his 76th birthday after suffering a massive heart attack and being transported to Roanoke, Virginia. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Shiloh, New Jersey, Mike was known as both a Doctor Who aficionado and a die-hard supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles. In fact, before Super Bowl LII, Mike would often tell his children to "tell their grandchildren to place a flower on his grave whenever the Eagles won a Super Bowl". Mike was a 32nd-degree Mason and a parishioner at St. Mary's Orthodox Church in Bluefield, West Virginia. He also served four years in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War before becoming the Director of Transportation in Atlantic County, New Jersey, until 2004. During this time, Mike was also a fervent supporter of union workers and a shop steward with the CWA Union in Atlantic County, New Jersey, before moving to West Virginia in 2005.

Mike is preceded in death by his mother Helen Pepper, father William LLoyd, stepfather Charles Pepper, stepmother Phyllis LLoyd, brother Mark Pepper, and survived by his wife Joanna Alexandra Boulezeris-LLoyd, his brothers Gary LLoyd,  Charles Pepper and spouse Dee Pepper, Mark LLoyd and spouse Leslie LLoyd, his sister Linda LLoyd and partner Kathy Stockholm, his daughter Brittainey Tokash and her spouse John Tokash, his daughter Laura Polhamus and her spouse Michael Polhamus, his son Robert Loeffler, his son Jonathan LLoyd and his spouse Emily LLoyd, his grandchildren Andrea Ravert and her spouse Albert Ravert Jr., Michael Tokash, Andrew Tokash and his spouse Emily Tokash, Amy Tokash, Karen Chainey,  Michael Polhamus Jr., Harry Polhamus, Liam Polhamus, Amelia Loeffler, Natalia Loeffler, Iris LLoyd, and Elizabeth LLoyd, and his great-grandchildren Simon Ravert and Alice Ravert.
