Crystal Leigh Spence, 52, of Catawba, VA, went Home to the Lord on Monday, August 10th, 2026. Crystal was born on September 3rd, 1973, in Grundy, VA to Linda and Henry Edwards. Crystal is survived by her husband, Kevin; two sons, Ryan (Alex) and Tyler (Erin); granddaughter, Marlow; and father, Henry.

Crystal was fiercely loyal to her family and lived each day to love them as big as she could. She was married to the love of her life, Kevin, for 36 years and together they raised their two boys, Ryan and Tyler, who were her greatest joys.  You could often find Crystal with her sister, Alita, floating around the pool or enjoying a day out. Crystal was a natural caretaker, serving as a nurse for many years. She loved to take her nephew, Christopher, to lunch and was always a phone call away for him. One of Crystal's biggest dreams was to be become a grandmother, and she would brag about her "Babygirl Marlow" to any ear that would listen. Crystal would want everyone to know she is finally at peace and free of pain with Jesus. She is reunited with her mother, Linda, her best friend and sister, Alita, and brother, Tim, who were all surely waiting for her with open arms.

A celebration of life will be planned by the family sometime in the near future.
