Charlotte Bane Minton was born February 15, 1928, in Ceres, Bland, Virginia. She went home to be with the Lord in the early hours of Friday, March 11, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett Edward (Eddie) Minton; and her parents Frank Bane and Clara Elizabeth Harner.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Margo and Ira Wolfe, her special chihuahua, Tiffany, and special loved ones Jennifer Conner, Missy Plaster, Becky Dailey, and extended family.

A graveside service will be held at Wilson United Methodist Church ( 1986 Wilson Church Road, Bedford, VA 24523 ) at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 . Officiating will be Pastor Russel Alden. Family and friends will meet at Valley Funeral Services at 1:00 pm to proceed to the cemetery for a short viewing and graveside service.
