Charley Tonney Davis, Jr., born on April 26, 1953, in Galion, Ohio, embraced eternal peace on December 5, 2023, in Roanoke, Virginia.

Charley is preceded in death by his parents, Charley Davis, Sr., and Grace Davis; his wife, Beverly Jane Kauble Davis; his brother, Arthur Franklin; and his sister, Sue Sigler.

Charley, a dedicated Concrete Pump Operator for 30 years, transitioned seamlessly into a 12-year career in IT Tech. A true jack of all trades, Charley found joy in various pursuits, from woodwork and card games to working on cars, displaying his versatility and love for hands-on activities. He enjoyed the thrill of gambling, but his greatest passion was reserved for his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Valerie Moseley (Michael), Kimberly Davis, and Charley Davis III (Emily Niederkohr). Charley's legacy extends to his cherished grandchildren, Malena Davis, Chalis Moseley, Adyson Davis, Tyson, and Laney Niederkohr, and Jessy Swavel. Siblings, Sherry Lowmaster (Melvin) and Larry Davis (Brenda) fondly remember their dear brother.

A Celebration of Charley's Life will be held on December 16, 2023, from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Elks (320 E. Wyandot Ave in Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351). This will be a Visitation-style service, allowing everyone to come and go as they please. Come and join us for food and bring plenty of stories to tell about Charley.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital or Wyandot County Hospice. As we honor Charley's memory, may we find solace in the love and laughter he shared.
