Cecil Randolph Shepherd- "Randy", 68, of Roanoke, VA and formerly of FL, went home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2021. He worked at Dominion Dodge as a car-detailer. He was preceded in death by parents, James Daniel and Polly Brown Shepherd.

He is survived by his siblings, Marvin Shepherd (Betsy), of Roanoke, Horace Shepherd (Shirley) and Tom Shepherd (Melva) of FL, and Sherry Dame (Glen) of NM; with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Randy was very friendly. He watched T.V. and surfed the Internet searching a variety of topics for his pastime fun. He enjoyed taking neighbors to the grocery store when he was a resident at Morningside Manor. He will be missed by the people who loved him.

No services are planned at this time, his remains will be placed with those of his parents later in Florida. Services by Valley Funeral Home.
