Bruce Errett Booth, Jr., of Salem, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at the age of 74.

Preceded in death by his parents, Bruce E. Booth Sr., and Evelyn V. Booth.

Bruce loved nature and being outdoors. He loved to hike; often visiting Tennessee with his wife, Sandra, to hike the mountains and enjoy the scenery. He loved music, specifically '80s music, and dancing to his favorite songs with Sandra. Bruce loved to participate in races, running and eventually race walking in his later years. Another passion of Bruce's was martial arts; training in karate and Tàijíquán, commonly known as Tai chi.

Those left to cherish Bruce's memory are his loving wife of 29 years, Sandra Booth; his sister, Debbie Robinson (Ed); his daughters, Dina Kimball (Rob), and Angie Campbell (Ricky); grandchildren, David LaBrier, Holley White (Mikey), and Errett Kimball; his nephew, Aaron Robinson; his great-nephews, Holden, and Hunter Robinson; stepchildren, Warren Stump (Mitzi), Melinda Adelstein (Eddie), Elizabeth Dickerson (Chuck); step-grandchildren, Connie Jones (Todd), Amy Boyle (David), Dayoni Stump, Robbie Adelstein, Brady Stump, and Dallas Dickerson; his sister-in-law, Carol Gibson; and his best buddy, Carolyn Crouch.

A Celebration of Life is to be held at Community Church in Salem, Virginia on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 11 a.m. with the family receiving friends one hour prior. The celebration will be officiated by Pastor Tom McCracken and Pastor Dan Carawan.
