Bonnie Lenore Swank, affectionately known as Mother Boonay, departed this life on March 9, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, on September 17, 1971, to the late Ronald Swank and Linda Swank Dunlap, who survives.

Bonnie was known for her wonderful sense of humor, laugh, and love for animals. She had an immense love for God.

Bonnie leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Linda Dunlap; two sisters, Christin Bowles, and Dionn Roark; nieces, Jessica Allman, Cameron Eberth, Morgan Bowles, Alex Bowles, and Ava Roark; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

The family is at ease knowing Bonnie is with God, her dogs, and other family members that have gone on before her.

Bonnie will be greatly missed and will be forever in our hearts.
