Billie Mae Schoonover, of Vinton, Virginia, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at the age of 80.

Billie is preceded in death by her parents, Major Edward Fedney and Verna Mae Crowe Harris; her children, Anna Marie Beckner, Frank Calvin Beckner, Jr., and Robin Leigh Beckner; her husband, Frank Calvin Beckner; and her siblings, James Edward Fedney, and Betty Lou Fedney Cox.

Those left to cherish Billie's memory are her loving daughter, Melissa Beckner; her grandchild, Kenneth Weldon Patsel; her brother, Jimmy Lee Fedney; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for Billie will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park on Thursday, December 30, 2021, beginning at 2 p.m.
