Barbara Ann Pruitt Deel was born on November 14, 1975, in Roanoke, VA. Barbara was a daughter, sister, wife, and mother. Barbara battled Crohn's disease for years, and, in recent years, that turned into other health issues. After a long battle, Barbara went home to be with the Lord on March 10, 2022.

Barbara is survived by her parents, Robert and Mary Ann Pruitt; brother, Shane (Roz, sister); daughter, Elizabeth Deel, and ex-husband, Terry Deel; along with many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Barbara will be greatly missed, but forever hold a place in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at 3 P.M. at New Covenant Assembly of God Church, 2922 King St. NE, Roanoke, VA 24012.
