Albert Christopher Spraker, affectionately known as "Chris," passed away on May 18, 2026, in Salem, Virginia. He was born on April 4, 1958, in Roanoke, Virginia.

Chris worked as a machinist at Salem Precision Machine and was known for his hardworking nature and dedication. He loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed collecting railroad locks and old coins, hobbies that brought him great enjoyment throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Rudolph Spraker; and his grandparents, Keller and Lorena Spraker and Clarence and Nannie Bohon.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Alma Joyce Spraker; his sister, Audrey Feazell; his brother, Michael Hamlin (Donna); many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his good friend, Richard Stinchcomb.

Per Mr. Spraker's request, there will be no formal funeral services.
